Core Values
-
Passion: Love what you do, do what you love. Passion is the key to internal motivation
-
Understanding: What you're doing and why. Athletes who understand why can think critically to reach their full potential
-
Autonomy: Athletes are in charge of their own pathway. We believe in empowering our athletes and giving them room to experiment and learn
-
Holistic: Ski racing is simply the expression of living by high performance values
-
Detail: Do the 80%, without that you will get nowhere. But understand and do the 20% - that is what makes the difference
-
Action: Get out there and do it! Our coaches demonstrate and live by the same principles as our athletes both on and off snow
